First of all, we can investigate whether it is possible to apply for a patent on what you have developed, designed or – in our words – invented. You can read everything about this and our further services in the field of patent research on the page \u201cpatent research<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apply for a patent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We can apply for patents for you anywhere in the world. Within Europe we are authorized ourselves, outside Europe collaborate with our extensive network of foreign patent attorneys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We then ensure that the patents applied for are also granted. We do this through correspondence with the patent granting authorities and, where necessary, by requesting hearings. You can read everything about how this is done on the page \u201capply for a patent<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Litigation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes having a patent is enough of a deterrent to prevent your competitor from copying your product or service. Sometimes that is not the case. Then we are there to uphold your patent and thus defend your competitive position. Sometimes offense is the best defense. Of course, it is also possible that you encounter the patent system because you are accused or because you expect to be accused of infringing another patent. Intellectual property extends beyond patents alone. This also includes trademark law, design law, copyright and other rights. Our focus is on patents, but if your situation calls for a different intellectual property right, we will ensure that you are assisted, where necessary by one of the specialists from our network.<\/p>\n\n\n
