We run a modern company. We left office buildings behind to join forces in a virtual building that we call IP Maison. The name says it all, we are at home in intellectual property and even more specialized in patents. You will therefore not find us in one common physical location, but we use modern means of communication to communicate with you and with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That way we are easily accessible. You will find our direct telephone numbers on our personal pages and we will be happy to schedule a video call appointment<\/a> with you. Where this is desirable, for example to view an invention on location, we will make an appointment to visit you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We focus on medium-sized companies with their own R&D department<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each of us has extensive experience working for SME clients. We provide strategic advice on building a patent portfolio, keep an eye on the patent position of competitors, prepare patent applications and grant them in the Netherlands and abroad, and act in the unlikely event of infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do this ourselves, but where necessary outside Europe via our network of foreign patent attorneys and for infringement cases together with lawyers specialized in patent matters as soon as the procedure has to be conducted in court.
IP, Intellectual Property, or in Dutch Intellectual Property, encompasses more than just patents. Trademarks, models, trade names and copyrights are also covered by IP. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. If we can’t help you ourselves, we have a large network that we can refer you to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
