In 2015, he set up his own office, from where he worked as off-counsel for several renowned agencies. In addition, he serves a large number of direct clients from SMEs and as an external lecturer he is responsible for the “EPC claim drafting” part of the Advanced Master Intellectual Property Law and Knowledge Management at Maastricht University. He is co-founder and partner/owner of IP Maison.
Marc assists clients and lawyers in patent matters in the broadest sense, including drafting and granting patent applications, advising patent strategies, formulating patent licenses, assisting in patent litigation, and providing infringement and validity advice and freedom to operate.
