The IP Maison team consists of three experienced Dutch and European patent attorneys.

We are each adept at all facets of the patent system. Our technical expertise partly overlaps, but we also complement each other. This not only enables us to observe each other’s practice during holidays or in unexpected circumstances, but also to increase the quality of our services through peer consultation.

In addition, we can offer you scalable support when a large amount of work is required of us with a sudden urgency.

Our patent information specialist Suzanne Lanckohr specializes in searching patent and other publications. Together with one of our patent attorneys, she can assist you in researching the novelty of an invention prior to filing a patent application, determining the patent position of your competitors, or gathering incriminating publications for an opposition or invalidity action against a patent that hinders you.

Our formalities officer Irene Krol handles the formalities of the files of all patent attorneys. She handles our incoming mail on a daily basis, monitors our deadlines, assists us with invoicing and administration and carries out preparatory and final work for us.
